Hello!
 

I'm Maïlys Mï, a Freelance Illustrator, Motion Designer and 2D Animator, based in beautiful Copenhagen, Denmark.

In my work, I specialise in various aspects of visual storytelling, including Illustration, 2D Animation, and Motion Graphic Designs. My primary goal is to collaborate with both studios and businesses to craft engaging and impactful designs that will effectively support your communication efforts.
 

Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects. Some of my notable clients include the National Trust for Scotland, the Uk's National Health System NHS, the communication agency Adtomic in Copenhagen or Nordic Roasting Co.
Each project has brought its own unique challenges and opportunities, allowing me to continually expand my skills and creativity.
 

My creative toolkit consists of the Adobe Creative Suite, where I use softwares such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. I can help you on various or all the stages of an animation's creation, like crafting an original script, designing mood-boards, character designs and storyboards, and of course motion designs and animation. I can also support you with social media content creation, printed communication materials, etc.

I believe that visuals have the power to convey messages, emotions, and stories in ways that words alone cannot, and I strive to make every project a compelling experience for both creators and audiences. But it's not just about the work for me; it's also about building meaningful relationships with those I collaborate with.
